Hello and welcome back to the one hundred and fifty-third episode of this Final Fantasy X HD Remaster playthrough. Just gonna make sure Auron’s Overdrive Mode is set to Comrade, and it is. So, for our sixth Monster Creation we’re gonna challenge is Don Tonberry from the Area Conquest. So, we’re sorta sticking in order but, there’s a few exceptions along the way. This wasn’t planned. It’s only because we accidentally killed Don Tonberry last episode farming Sphere Level’s. Alright so, let’s make it official in this episode. So, we’re making the most of this battle by farming Sphere Level’s for Auron and down goes Don Tonberry.
The sixth Monster Creation crossed off the list. So, we’re gonna quickly equip Auron with his Masamune Celestial Weapon and change his Overdrive Mode to Ally, to quickly recharge his gauge. Let’s try that again! So, we normally do a couple of farming, I suppose exercises, once we defeat our target. What we’re trying to do now. So now, we’re gonna take on Kottos twice to farm Red Sphere’s. First we’ll apply a Power Distiller. Their’s our forty Power Sphere. Let’s recharge Wakka’s Overdrive Gauge with Ally. Okay, it looks like we gotta, oh no, he’s already set, beautiful! We’re charging both Auron and Wakka at the same time.
So, this time we wanna farm some Ability Sphere by applying Ability Distiller. There’s our forty Ability Sphere, we’ll recharge again. So now, we’re gonna farm a Fortune Sphere by re-challenging Earth Eater. But, we need to Overkill it, so we get two Fortune Sphere’s. Should knock it over and we’ll wail away at it with just Wakka. And there’s the Overkill we got, or wanted I mean. Two Fortune Sphere and finally, we’ll equip Auron back with Muramasa and set his mode to Comrade. And also, we’ll do a couple for Wakka with his Blowout! So, he should be set to Stoic I assume. Awe Ally, so let’s change that. Time for the Don Tonberry Sphere Level trick.
So wait, we’ll attack with Wakka and Tidus for a couple of turns. Alright, let’s pull out. That’s more than enough for Wakka! So, let’s quickly restock up on our Item’s, in particular, Phoenix Down. That’s about all we need and end this with the Sphere Grid. Okay, now for Auron’s ninety-nine Sphere Level’s and we’re going to go, I mean we’ll go down. We’ll come this way. Which way to go from here I wonder? Alright, we’re gonna go this way to the right and we’re about halfway through Auron’s Sphere Level’s. We’ll go left here and then right.
