T R A N S C R I P T . . .
Hello and welcome back to the one-hundred and twenty-sixth episode of this GTA III The Definitive Edition video game series. So the good news is today, is that weβre on our very last vehicle for the Import/Export Exchange List in Portland Docks Garage. At the Harbour there. So for our final vehicle, which is the Blista, canβt be actually found in Portland.
So, what weβre gonna do, is take the subway over to Staunton Island where itβs quite commonly found. Canβt hear any trains moving yet. So, thereβs no real rush I think. Itβs a second time now taking the subway train. Alright, last time we took the subway was when we collected all the Hidden Packages in the Portland area. So weβve arrived at Staunton Island in Torrington.
Letβs go get ourselves a βBlista!β And weβll take the Callahan Bridge back over. Alright, letβs search for a Blista. That could be it their. Nah, Moonbeam. Well, weβll head towards the bridge and if we get lucky, weβll pick up a Blista. I think that might be it and that green vehicle. There we go. Um, letβs come back around. So, weβre approaching Portland Harbor, our destination.
One final vehicle, Blista! All the vehicles. Nice! Hereβs a little something. As you can see, every vehicle is now crossed off the list for the Portland Docks garage (Import/Export Exchange). And, if you come inside here. Itβs a list of cars we can take for free. Which is pretty damn awesome. Everything that weβve collected is now available for free. I hope you enjoyed this episode and Iβll see you on the next!

BLISTA β Import | Export // PORTLAND
Location and Acquisition of the Blista
Finding the elusive Blista involves a bit of exploration and a knack for navigation. Luckily, Liberty City is packed with hotspots where this compact vehicle can typically be spotted. For staunch fans looking to add the Blista to their Import/Export roster, knowing where to look is half the battle.
Staunton Island is where the Blista is most commonly found. The Liberty City Memorial Stadium parking area in Belleville Park is a good starting point. This area is frequently bustling with different vehicles and increases the odds of spotting the Blista among them.
Another reliable location is Asuka Kasenβs Condo in Newport. Whether parked around or just driving by, the Blista often shows up here, making it a prime target for your mission.
More Blista sightings occur at AMCo. Petroleum HQ in Torrington, Staunton Island and the apartment parking area in Wichita Gardens, Shoreside Vale. These spots are an insiderβs tip for catching a glimpse of the Blista as it makes its rounds.
If you still find yourself struggling to see one, triggering a random spawn during a Firefighter mission is a handy trick. Although Portland Island isnβt in play, cruising through Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale vastly improves your chances of running into this sought-after ride.
Navigating these options mindfully can enhance your strategy in completing the Import/Export requirements. A little patience combined with a keen eye will ensure that you snag the Blista without much hassle.
Rewards and Strategies for Completing the Mission
Taking on the Blista Import/Export mission unfolds not just monetary rewards but strategic advantages within GTA 3: The Definitive Edition. While the immediate payout is a modest $1000 GTA for each vehicle delivered to the Portland Docks Garage, completing the list of 16 unique vehicles unlocks more substantial benefits.
Once youβve got all vehicles checked off your list, floating icons appear within the garage. These icons are like Willy Wonka golden tickets, allowing you to access any vehicle youβve previously delivered without spending a dime. The thrill of selecting any car on a whim adds a fresh dynamic to your gameplay, letting you switch vehicles based on your mood or mission requirements.
Whatβs more enticing is the hefty bonus of $200,000 GTA for delivering the 16th vehicle, no matter the sequence. This windfall is a game-changer, offering a massive injection into your in-game finances, allowing for greater freedom and resource allocation for upcoming adventures in Liberty City.
To effectively conquer this side-mission, approach it with a strategy in mind. Prioritise scanning the key areas identified for vehicle spotting and make use of side missions like the Firefighter job to meet your targets faster. Keep an eye on the roads in Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale as well, since vehicles like the Blista could pop up during your regular in-game exploits.
Collecting all unique vehicles for the Import/Export mission isnβt just about the financial perks. It adds an extra layer of engagement, pushing you to explore all corners of Liberty City and interact with its dynamic environment in creative ways, vastly enriching your gaming experience.
